I know we said this #SurrenderInSeptember is a gentle challenge so feel free to do a gentle heart opener today. .

For me, I chose #singlelegwheel because it has been a mental shift for me to be able to trust and surrender into the balance shifts required in #singlelegwheel. .

Last summer to winter was all about overcoming panic, building confidence I wouldn't crash on my head and slowly learning to breathe in Backbends.

However, single leg variations occasionally brought back split second panic about falling on my head.
.
.
Now I focus on flowing in and out, lifting a hand or foot at a time, and feeling the balance shift, and breathing and surrendering into it.
