Today is World Suicide Prevention Day and a timely moment to reflect on women all over the world. Tragically I have experienced the devastating effects of suicide first hand as my sister took her precious life... Growing up I was surrounded by strong women who had to fight for every aspect of their life. Now happily married to a woman who is my equal and sharing two beautiful children, there is nothing I wouldn’t do to create peace of mind for the woman in my life and for woman everywhere. Gender Equality is paramount to our balanced mental health. If women grow up in a world with no hope, no way out, and no fairness they can feel trapped and hopeless. Let’s stand together on #worldsuicidepreventionday for Equality. #heforshe
