Vaughan speaks about Kabuki, a modern Kissaten
There’s not much signage at all, and most people would hesitate, but on the other side awaits twin specialties: delicious nel drip coffee and dark chocolate. Kabuki, holding less than 10 customers at any one time, is a serene experience. Inside is dimly lit, with natural light shining through on your coffee being made with such elegance and attention to detail. Better to go alone, or in a small group. The focus is on quality, not speed. It’s most certainly unlike anywhere else.

そこに目立った看板はなく、きっと多くの人はドアを開けることをためらうだろう。
しかしその向こうには、ネルドリップで淹れる美味しいコーヒーと自身で作っているダークチョコレートという2つの特別な品があなたを待ち受けている。

10名よりも少ないお客様しか迎えない蕪木は、とても静かな場所である。
店内は、優雅さと細心の注意を払って作られたコーヒーに映る自然光と共に、薄暗く明かりが灯っている。

蕪木には1人、もしくは少人数で行くことをお勧めする。

なぜなら彼が大切にしているのはスピードではなく、品質に置かれている。

そこは他のどの空間とも明白に異なった場所である。
