This is it! The thrilling conclusion of the Mother Panic saga and the end of Violet’s story (for now). It has been an incredible privilege to share this book with you readers. I vividly remember creating the character, first with Tommy Lee Edwards, then to bring it home and really fill Violet out, Jody Houser came in to take Violet across the finish line. And Jody became the singular voice of the character as we pressed forward. It’s been a journey and a brutally fun ride. Mother Panic has always been an interesting mix of subtle moments of clarity and blunt force. Jody continued to amaze me and keep me guessing about what was going to happen next. And we’ve had so many wonderful creators along the way join us on this ride, each one of them bringing something unique to the story.
