When it comes to building your physique one thing remains consistent....sticking to the basic principles. Take your back for example, if you incorporate a variety of different grips alongside controlled tempo with lat pulldowns and rows will get that  well-rounded physique. Incorporating these movements allow you to see any underdeveloped muscles of the upper body along with any weaker points that need more attention.

??My Tip: when performing these moves think of pulling back with the elbows, keeping your head level, while contracting and squeezing. Make every rep count.
