working part time should not mean having to sacrifice things like health care - that’s why @the.wing announced a new policy today to extend medical benefits, stock options, 401k and a living wage to our hourly employees. we’re joining a small number of companies like starbucks, costco & rent the runway, but we hope this demonstrates that you don’t have to be a decades old company to commit to policies like these. as a growing employer (nearly 300!) with a majority female workforce, and as a for-profit company with social values (yes, it’s possible), we want to create sustainable, well-paying job opportunities with benefits for the truly incredible people who make a crazy new business like The Wing possible. 💛 read more in @fastcompany, link in me bio
