A recent study has shown that just 22% of film critics are female and only 4.1% are women of colour. In light of this I'm proud to launch @stylistmagazine's initiative to find the next generation of female film critics. The 3 winners will receive mentoring from leading female critics, attend screenings and film festivals, as well as write and publish paid reviews in Stylist and on Stylist.co.uk.
