This exercise is a great full-body move and strengthens your chest, shoulders, triceps, abs and quadriceps.
❇️ Landmine side lunge and press.
This exercise primarily targets the quads and shoulders and to a lesser degree also targets the abs and back.
❇️ Stability ball single leg knee tuck.
This exercise targets the lower abs but also helps to strengthen the obliques and upper abs.
