I honestly thought I did pretty good when she said she wanted Taiwanese clams for dinner: garlic, Shaoxin wine, red chili pepper, coarse salt, and black bean - topped with cilantro. But she let me know: no soy sauce, no good.??‍♂️ (and it’s suppose to be basil, not cilantro) Still, she ate it all in the end. ?
