Didn’t want to get out of bed this morning ? Truth is, I always tell people there is no RIGHT time to train (which is true) but... I haven’t REALLY tried early morning training before so I decided to get up and train EARLY to see what I feels like. The reason for this is when you are a personal trainer, your sessions start at 5:30am-6:30am-ish so there’s no way you can train BEFORE your clients (unless you want to get up at 3:30am) Now that I have a few mornings free, I thought I’d give it a go. All I can say is that I have SO MUCH respect for people who can get up early and train. It doesn’t make me FEEL good at all. I feel like I HAVE TO have at least 2-3 meals in my body before I can train. I do however LOVE that my workout is “done and dusted” for the day and I don’t have to make room for it/move things around to fit it in. There are so many pros and cons and I can totally understand both. My issue isn’t the TIME I have to get up, it’s not being able to eat before my workout that gets me!
