It took me and @ginnymaccoll years to find a nutritional balance that feels effortless and satisfying. @macrostax is a pretty awesome roadmap, if you're looking for somewhere to start, or just don't want to spend a ton of time calculating/planning meals. It's different for everyone, but I like to focus on every meal/snack as a game: what are the most nutrient-dense ingredients I can put into my body to make me stronger, smarter, and more energetic? It gets me excited about spinach, kale, and salmon! Anyone else have any fun mental games they use to keep healthy eating fun?
