This is one of the lunches I made for my husband this week. I seasoned this @sizzlefishfit coho salmon with @Flavorgod Seasonings’s everything and paired it with my caprese pasta salad. More info & pics? https://fitslowcookerqueen.com/caprese-pasta-salad/.

Caprese Pasta Salad
?Ingredients
16 ounces pasta of your choice (I used orzo)
1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced (I got lazy)
8 ounces mozzarella pearls
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Italian seasoning (see blog post for homemade)
1/4 tsp lemon juice

?Instructions
Cook pasta according to instructions on box. Drain pasta and allow to cool. Once cooled, add pasta to a large bowl. In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning and lemon juice.
Pour sauce over pasta and toss to coat evenly. Top with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella & basil.
