Discovered @デイビット・チャン ‘s @uglydelicious recently on @ネットフリックス and I’m hooked! Why I love it? This show takes you behind the food and the evolution of a dish. Has a certain rawness about it that’s keeps me interested. Not like your typical food show we often see...but more of an uncut, unedited food tell all. Have you guys seen it? Give it a try...I think you’ll enjoy it!???? Have a great Sunday everyone! ? On a side note: I sketched out my moms cluttered kitchen counter( well...part of it. In reality it’s more than this video). Growing up in a Chinese family, the kitchen is not really the product of display but a workspace. It’s constantly used and having spices and ingredients all laid out for convenience is what I find charming about my mom’s kitchen. Her kitchen wasn’t beautifully designed or magazine quality but her and my granny’s cooking...award winning!? ?
