Yes, the new Audi Etron is part Korean, yes part Korean.(No, not evil North Korea) Never thought I would have feelings towards a SUV... After hanging at FormulaE today I'm converted. Damn! Hate to say it but its clear electric will take over the car industry and auto sports will follow. Give it 10yrs. Gas powered will join manual transmission & NA engines. The E tron may be the Tesla killer. Couple of things speak to me. Technology like LiDar- direct challenge to current radar tech used in electric cars.(simply-better tech for autonomous driving and will see things before you kill it) Nearly 250 miles on a charge the Etron is next level. Oh, the batteries are Korean. Yeah baby! Biracial car!
