I am excited to announce that my collaboration model with @Reebok Instapump Fury is a part of the new exhibition @phillipsauction called “Tongue + Chic: Sneakers x Artists” opening on July 16th, among amazing collection of artists including @村上隆, @KAWSONE, @KehindeWiley, Jenny Holzer, @DamienHirst, @shantell_martin, among others.

Tongue + Chic will bring together an exciting selection of one-of-a-kind sneakers featuring collaborations with Takashi Murakami, KAWS, Kehinde Wiley, Jenny Holzer, Damien Hirst, and Shantell Martin, among others. Curated by Elizabeth Semmelhack, Senior Curator at the @batashoemuseum in Toronto in collaboration with Arnold Lehman, Tongue + Chic celebrates these utilitarian objects which have become highly coveted works that straddle the divide between fashion and art.
One pair of shoes has been commissioned by @tbwachiatny on behalf of @thomsonreutersfoundation. This pair will be auctioned online and all proceeds will benefit foundation’s anti-slavery initiatives.
