I am in the airport lounge waiting to go home and reflecting on such an epic week! @sersanamethod @letysersana you kicked my ass!!!!!! These past few days challenged me to my core, it was REALLY hard but so incredible. I wasn’t sure what kind of shape I was in, not from the outside, but more from the inside.. what was my cardio strength and stamina?? Well I am happy to say I did it and at 42 I may be feeling my best ever?I am so grateful to my Pilates instructor @physicalperfectionpilates for helping me to gain strength and heal old annoying injuries.. without my Pilates this past year this is NO WAY I could have gotten thru this week! @letysersana you are truly superwoman! Thank you for inspiring us and leading by example.. you are beautiful from the inside out! I am beyond proud of you for what you have created and beyond grateful for our friendship. My #Sersana ladies.. such a pleasure and honor to spend time with you this week. Sweat with you, eat with you, and laugh with you.
