Another look at our Pop Fleur, launching TOMORROW at #DominiqueAnselBakery in Soho. The top is inspired by a pastry piping tip called a Russian tip, which pipes different shapes of flowers. When the whipped Wakamomo yogurt (made with unripe baby Wakamomo mountain peaches from Japan) is pushed up, it blooms into a rose, so everyone can be their own pastry chef. ? #PopFleur
