Morning Oceanfront Yoga Session at the Tanesashi Natural Lawn in Sanriku Fukko National Park.

The yoga session is held from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. every Saturday until the end of the September (including Sunday, Aug. 12th.) Start your day by waking up to the sound of ocean waves and fresh sea air!
Cost: 500yen per person (No pre-registration required)
Yoga mats are available for rent for 100 yen per mat. *limited availability, 30 mats total. .
