Peanut, Cinnamon & Blueberry Shake 😋 This breakfast smoothie is packed full of protein and fibre which will keep you energised all morning 💃 Give it a go: ➡️ 2 tbsp @pbfit.uk for nutty nutritiousness ➡️ 1/2 tsp cinnamon ➡️ 1 tbsp maple syrup ➡️ 40g rolled oats ➡️ 1/2 a frozen banana ➡️ A handful of frozen blueberries ➡️ 2 ice cubes ➡️ 1 medjool date (optional!) ➡️ Plant based milk to cover 😍 Just blend everything up until smooth, pour into a glass and sip through a reusable straw 👌🏼 I also like to add an extra half a banana and make it thicker, pour it into a bowl and top it with granola 🙊 #girlgains #smoothierecipe #proteinshake #breakfast #breakfastrecipe #healthyeats AD
