Thank you @hopeprfi and everybody at the Puerto Rican Family Institute For this beautiful evening in NY and honoring me with the Raul Julia award. This recognition for my work as an actress and as a philanthropist really touches my heart. As I said, it makes me feel that I’m doing something right and that leaving my Island and family to follow my dreams was worth it. I miss PR every day but if I can serve as inspiration to even just one girl to follow the path of accomplishing dreams while helping others then ALL GOOD!
