This is me, 2008 in jail waiting to be sent to high desert maximum security prison, Ill always remember a prison guard asking me why I was in a good mood all the time, it never dawned on me and made me reflect and I came to the conclusion that I really did make the best of every situation I was in even when it seemed fitting to be miserable. just because you can’t control your current unfortunate circumstances doesn’t mean you can’t control how you feel about it (its hard for me to do too)I guess what I’m saying is even when things are looking really bad you can always look at what you are grateful for to help navigate you through it. Don’t ever let the world steal your spirit, not trying to be sappy here just trying to inspire anyone that doesn’t see a light at the end of their tunnel.
