Weekend Hashtag Project: #WHPplay
To celebrate the kickoff of the #WorldCup, the gooooooooooal this weekend is to create photos and videos inspired by athleticism, as in this feature photo by Filipe Costa (@filipefoto).
Capture the action. Whether it’s in the streets, on the beach or in a stadium, show us the energy around your favorite activity or a fierce competition. Try photographing from above to emphasize scale or geometric shapes, or exaggerate the dynamic nature of a single player by shooting from a low angle.
Look for the before and after moments. Capture the quiet anticipation and proud celebration.
Show off athletic skills. Take a video while you practice your freestyle football tricks, or of how you’ve trained your dog to get in on the match.
