“After my mom's sudden passing in May of 2017, I had the opportunity to complete the Rae Lakes Loop solo and fell in love with the Sierra Nevada. Since it was such an outlet and a way for me to grieve, I will be returning later this summer to finish what I started and hike the #JohnMuirTrail.
