It’s #negroniweek, when bars and restaurants everywhere make Negronis and their variations for charitable causes and raise millions of dollars globally. I made this Negroni Sbagliato variation myself with my own paws, using sparkling rosé, Cocchi Americano and Amaro Angeleno.
It’s called the Tony Negroni, of course.
