Walked through my old neighborhood the other day, and so many memories of my 20s both good and bad rushed back to me. I had no work, no money, and no one I could lean on. 12 years later, this city that felt so cold and foreign to me feels like home.
先日昔住んでた近所をお散歩した。仕事もお金も無く、苦しかった20代を思い出した。その時は頼れる人もいなく、いつも泣いてたな。違う国で暮らす厳しさを知った大切な時期だった。今では東京が大好き。振り返る事は基本嫌いだけど、たまに昔を思い出すのも大切だね。
