Anthony. Thank you. Thank you for what you gave us over and over and over again. Your gifts and vitality. Thank you for the chat on the street a few weeks back. For letting me play a part in your story and put it onscreen. Thank you for standing up for women and all cultures, races, situations and circumstances. To every person- we must see one another’s pain as closely as we view their success. We must honor and nurture one another, strangers, ourselves. Understand that the pressures of today are unsustainable and immense. That our mental health is in a state of emergency. I am looking inside to take accountability to see what I can do differently and act on that for everyone, my family, my friends and myself. It’s time to let go of the illusion of what we value as important that distracts from seeing who needs our support and how we can love ourselves. We are all worthy of being on this planet. Even when we think we are not.
