as a music photographer i‘ve shot actors in the music scene a couple of times now. honestly i never really connected to most of them. this time it was different. seeing michael malarkey performing on stage brought me in a state reminiscing about times i met leonard cohen for the last time, times where i visited tom waits concerts in my early childhood opening and sharpening my mind for music. thanks for that mental ride dude. .
