Luckily we screened through the reviews and eliminated those potentially risky items (i.e prawn noodles) so ended up with this Prawn White Bee Hoon ($16.80) that did not disappoint at all, albeit the hefty price tag. The stock was robust with bits of pork lard swimming around and the consistency of the bee hoon was just right. Shared amongst 3 but I think it’s just sufficient to feed one. •
