I explain the different stages of it and share a bit about the controversy that is OSHO and why I return to his meditations again and again: to release emotion. We are raised to fit into a society that doesn’t make space for emotional release and the more we bottle it up, the more challenging life becomes! Not having a constructive way to freely act out what’s within makes us internalize emotions like anger, fear and resentment and before we know it... It starts seeping out of us. Cue road rage and social media hate!? Letting our feelings out is actually the healthiest, most sane thing to do.
