Lord you’ve taught me to be content but not to settle. I’d rather enjoy a life-long best friend who enjoys worshipping you with me rather than feeling “stuck” with someone! I want a connection/covenant that honors you and bring you glory. So, both parts of the equation would obviously need to have the same desire of YOU! Someone I can grow with and love so much, until I’m okay with fighting for what we have and it’s actually worth fighting for.
