[母の日] Sakura Fromage Roll ?
Sakura manuka honey sponge, soft fromage in the center (not very cheesy as I wanted to keep it light), Sakura cream, pickled Sakura flowers.
A savoury-sweet roll that I wished I could have churned out more this Mother’s Day weekend but could only do limited quantities due to scarcity of ingredients. (which is why I didn’t announce any orders, sorry ?) That said, hope everyone (especially mummies) who have tried it will enjoy it and I hope to bring this back again next Spring! ?
