Even though we still have two more days to end this week, I am so proud I made it through this week. ?? I felt really lost and uninspired, awful & ugly inside and am having all sorts of negative thoughts since the beginning of the week. I don’t know what made me bring into the cycle. And I still feel stuck in the worry of how I can change things to make it better.
But today I finally got dressed, got out of my house, enjoyed the weather and put my phone down for a while and decided to read. No emails, no blogging, no editing and no social media for 5+ hours. It actually felt sooo great. And I am really proud of myself that I FINALLY were able to finish one book ? today!! ??? ( I’ve always ended up unfinished less than a half )
No matter what happened, if you keep going, even just a tiny step, you are still closer to achieving something..
