(Edit: I have suspended the fundraiser for now, it has exceeded the goal. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of you. Will update again later today after the doc calls me, but the student doctor called and the drugs are apparently working)I had to admit Gus to the ICU. They will be giving him IV drugs to get his heart rate down. It may be more difficult to do that than last time since he's already on the drugs that they usually use for that. This has to work. I've already paid UCD the rest of our renovation budget ($1150) but this will likely be another $1500. If this works I should be able to bring him home tonight or tomorrow. If you can spare or share my youcaring (link in profile), anything to help bring my constant companion home, I would greatly appreciate it. They will call me this afternoon with an update, and you all will be the first to know.
