Who says you can only run on the treadmill? This week my beautiful workout partner, @carolinepearce and I have created simple exercises for you to do on the treadmill! To see the FULL workout check out @gogethiit!?‍♀️ Treadmill-Strength Interval:

1. Sprint x30 seconds
2. Wide stance squats x30
3. Power Stride (machine OFF, legs drive the treadmill belt) x60 seconds
4. Bulgarian split squat (back foot raised) x15 each leg
5. Side skips x30 seconds each side
6. Wide grip push ups x15

5 rounds with 60 second rest between rounds! ?️‍♀️ Music?: @thisisicarus
