Photo by @kirstenluce // Captured with Samsung Note 8, produced with @samsungmobileusa // Caroline Matuck (@carolinebrianna) greets a coyote at Adirondack Wildlife Refuge (@adk_wildlife) in Wilmington, NY. This non-profit refuge takes in wild animals who are in need of a home and/or medical care. Whenever possible, the animals are rehabilitated and released. These coyotes, who were orphaned, will not be be released into the wild because they have imprinted on Caroline, one of their primary caregivers. The refuge, in upstate New York, also provides a home for wolves, bears, bobcats, foxes, owls, hawks and other animals. It is open to the public and accepts donations to help maintain their facilities and pay for medical care.
