Photograph by @paulnicklen // Five years ago, we found this beautiful female Spirit Bear (Kermode Bear) up in a tree eating crab apples which landed her on the cover of @ナショナルジオグラフィック. Here she is strutting up and down a creek in search of salmon. Right now she is peacefully asleep for the winter and she will hopefully have cubs with her this spring.
