Balance! Yes, I drink alcohol on occasion. I train hard. I eat well. I enjoy the ‘no-no’s’ when I want them. What good is looking ‘shredded’ if you’re not enjoying life! Had a great workout this morning and my mom was off of work sooo decided to have some girl time and take her to @biltmorehotel for a nice pool and spa day! My parents took amazing care of me growing up and I had an unforgettable childhood. I never realized how blessed I was. I thought it was ‘normal’ for parents to be supportive and take care of their kids. I love my mom, dad and brother to the world and back so it’s nice to have the tables turned and be able to give back to them!

I grew up in a middle income household and we saved for nice dinners, brunches, vacation etc. My mom used to sneak popcorn and candy into to the movie theater because it was too overpriced - (pretty sure she still does this) ? haha. I was never spoiled but never ‘needed’ or ‘wanted’. They taught me my work ethic. They taught me the value of a dollar. They taught me to be kind to others. They taught me to laugh as often as I could and that the little stresses in life are after all - little. Forever grateful ??❤️
