Skipped the gym and had an Active Rest day yesterday zip-lining, ATVing and attempting backflips into a cenote ( aka underwater cave). Keeping it moving is crucial! If you’re away on vacation take a day and step outside of the resort and swap lounging by the pool for a new activity! Go out and explore and get out of your comfort zone! ??
