4 X 20 drop set leg extensions ( on second set hold at top and squeeze)

4 X 15 feet together squats superset with sumo squats ( got this from @smith.julian Master of leg day ) •

4 X 15 hamstring curls drop set!
4 X 10 good mornings superset with sumo DL’s •
