HELLO NEW FOLLOWERS!! I have noticed a few comments lately about how much I train! I’ve actually cut down a touch on training because I'm travelling so much and I DO NOT think the people in the plane would appreciate me doing burpees in the aisle haha. The comment that made me giggle was "Do you do anything other than workout all day" hahaha. For the ladies who don't know.... I don't workout as much as you think. I workout 3-4 times per week for 28 minutes ONLY (not including 5 minute warm up and 10 minute cool down) (I'm currently doing the @sweat 12WC using my BBG stronger program) every other day I just walk for 30 minutes on the treadmill! That's it! In saying that, I am on my feet most of the day running around doing other things... but I promise you I don't spend all day everyday working out..... "ain't NO BODY got time for that"
