Here’s a vid of me climbing after I initially felt some pain in my shoulder. My shoulder had been bothering me for a while and after getting an MRI, it turns out that I have a torn labrum. While competing at Nationals, I was high on adrenaline which made me unaware of the severity of my injury. smh, the obstacles you face really do make you learn many things: this time, to put my body first. Luckily I dont need surgery, but I’m taking a few weeks off to do some PT and work on cardio ?. brb
