This is the beautiful story of a loving mother, Rukiya: "My first child Mohammed died after I had labored at home for four days, on my knees" says Rukiya, "I was physically exhausted after delivering him - and so sad. The idea of getting pregnant again was scary. But I still wanted a baby. And learning that I could deliver my next child at the health centre gave me hope. The health workers are always with us, supporting us. Now, I watch my three children playing and I can't believe they're mine. They're so beautiful."
