I’ve been slow to post lately and while I love and appreciate social media for all the inspiration it allows us to share, it can be draining to participate in, so lately I’ve been enjoying others photos instead of inundating you with mine lol. I prefer to wait until I have something kind to and positive to say as well, and lately my introspection has lead me to darker corners of my healing process that I’ve yet to explore, so it’s been most helpful to sit back and enjoy what others are creating and find love in the observation. I’ve also found that for me, it’s not always as important to “keep up”, be relatable, or stay relevant to be content... I’ve come to love my new patterns in daily life, new interactions, and the passion that’s driven me toward a broader knowledge of fitness and physical wellbeing while my emotional state continues to recover from a painful experience. I’ve come to find that now, more than ever, I want to be a prominent and profound source for positivity. In any condition, within every experience, and blatantly in the face of every naysayer and opposing force, I will EXIST AS LOVE! It can’t be found within another person, within their perception of you or what they provide/take away; you ARE love.
