If I'm totally honest with you guys, these last few weeks have been my most hectic in a long time and we're only just at the start of 2018! I've been travelling, creating content and building an entirely brand new fitness method all at the same time - I absolutely love everything I'm doing and wouldn't want it any other way but my body has finally started to suffer and I need to remember to take some time to myself ❤️ I've been having epsom salt baths for a long time, even before working with Dr Teals, but since discovering their variety of salts it has really helped me tailor my 'relaxation time' according to my specific needs. I can't recommend them enough, they have a different one for whatever you need and the smell of each of them is so insane that's enough to want to buy them in my opinion! The Pre & Post salts that I'm using at the moment is available in Boots and look out for a video coming soon on how I specifically use them before and after I work out ??
