Had the privilege and pleasure of taking part in @lalgbtcenter’s Beauty Day this year, stepping in as one of the photographers for the event! Getting dressed up and having your picture taken might be a daily routine for many people in Hollywood, but for LGBT youth, many of whom are homeless, in transitional housing or living in difficult circumstances, being pampered and made to feel appreciated is a rare and beautiful thing. Beauty Day is all about celebrating individuality and beauty, inside and out, and I was truly honored to take part, take portraits, and meet each one of these amazing humans!

Los Angeles LGBT center has cared for, championed and celebrated LGBT individuals and families in LA county and beyond since 1969! They offer programs, services and global advocacy that span everything from Health and Housing to Culture, Education, Leadership and Advocacy, and with over 600 employees, they provide services for more LGBT people than any other organization in the world!
