Anywho, if you do bother, this was written in 100% earnestness, from nowhere near an awards show. Also, as I didn’t have to wear a gown on a heinously crazed red carpet to make this statement, I’ll be donating some of the money I saved by NOT being there (or, yknow, invited.. but that’s semantics) to @nyhomeless and @onewarmcoat!
I froze my butt off in this winter cyclone, and I’m in the warmest coat I own! The homeless are particularly in danger this time of year. If you have old winter coats or clothing you’ve outgrown or no longer wear, no matter what color they may be, please, don’t give them to Goodwill to sell or throw them away. Donate them to a charity like @nyhomeless or @onewarmcoat to help keep those less fortunate safe and warm for this and many winters to come ❄️
