Good morning world 🌎 Shoutout to everyone out there making today count! We live in a time where it's really easy to be lazy and excuses are abundant. TBH everyone investing in their health ✔️ working hard at the gym/training ✔️ using their non-existent "free time" to workout ✔️ really deserves a pat on the back. Yesterday I sweated my ass off, turned purple and felt like throwing up for an hour and I'll do it again today because I only get one body and I'm too thankful not to use it wisely. 🙏🏻 Drinking @1stphorm Glutamine 30 min before my workout helps me recover faster & decreases muscle breakdown.
