#TransformationTuesday... I’m not going to lie to you lot, post Christmas- my body is somewhere between the image on the left and the image on the right! ???? But listen, I’m only human and it’s just been Christmas so I’m not going to be too hard on myself! Now I’m over the worst of my cold and back in the gym, training hard with @robbie__thompson and eating right with the help of @leanandcleanfoodprep I’m confident that I’ll be fighting fit in no time!!
