Inspired by a trip to Scandinavia, #PatriciaUrquiola conceived the “Fjord” chair, which takes its name from the characteristic narrow inlets of that region. With its pedestal base, the chair is Urquiola’s take on the mid-century modern chairs of such designers as the Danish architect Arne Jacobsen. "Patricia Urquiola: Between Craft and Industry" is now on view.
