Ever wonder how much water your child needs a day? I often have too! After doing some research I found the answers I wanted. So, I decided to put together a #NoFussMama guide that I found on @livestrong_com below to help you too.
For example, if your child weighs 2.2-22 lbs, multiply your child's weight in pounds by 1.52 to get the ounces of fluid needed per day. So, say your child weighs 12 lbs, they need 18 oz of fluid per day. 23-44 lbs: Subtract 22 from your child's weight in pounds. Then, multiply that number by 0.76. Add 34. Mabel weighs 44lbs so she needs 51 oz of fluid per day. 44 lbs+: Subtract 44 from your child's weight in pounds. Then, multiply that number by 0.3. Add 51. So, if your child weighs 50 lbs, they need 53 oz of fluid daily.
